Hi! I’m Jason, a Grade 11 student from Cauayan City National High School, and this is my Senior High School journey.
“The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.” Had you thought what will be your journey in Senior High School and the advantages you’ll get after you graduate? This question will guide you to know the importance of your journey in SHS. Well me, thou I’m not yet done in Senior High School, I’m aware of what will be my future after I’ll graduate into SHS.
Our journey in senior high will let us one step closer to our destination, it’s one way of training that’ll lead us to what we aspire to be in the future, therefore, it’s one step closer to our dream. In the Philippines, SHS launched on June 2016, imagine the advantages we’ll get compared to those students who didn’t experienced Senior High before they entered college, some of them are not yet prepared. SHS is giving us the opportunity to gain more knowledge and enhance our skills to be more prepared in college. But some people are not satisfied in this program, if you know me, I’m also one of them ‘til I truly understand the purpose of this program.
Want to know how I feel about it? I feel much more motivated in fulfilling my dreams to become one of the successful person someday. That’s the reason why I wrote this post. My goal in life is to be a responsible and a successful engineer someday with the help of this program. “It’s a long road, but it’s worth it.”
